H.R.H. Princess Diana of Orléans, Duchess of Cadaval

After studying communication at the American University of Paris, the Duchess of Cadaval moved to London where she worked as assistant to the president of Christie’s auction house.

On the death of her father in 2001, she became head of the Cadaval House. The young Duchess of Cadaval returned to live in Portugal to manage the family estates, including the Cadaval Palace in Évora.

The Duchess of Cadaval also organises an international well-known annual world music and art festival which takes place in July in the gardens of the Cadaval Palace.

She also writes in the Portuguese press and has published five books (novels and history).
