He specialises in initiating potent emergent development strategies; with exceptional ROIs, bolstered by four decades of exemplary leadership in notable real estate, the energy sector and world class ski resort ventures. With his partners at Wartsila Energy Solutions, Carl co-designed and engineered, a unique Utility-Scale PV Solar baseload, Hybrid Power Plant that supplies stable consistent levels of clean energy generation, to any network Grid; 24×7 and for over 30 years. An influential disruptor with an innate ability to identify innovative solutions to our greatest challenges, Carl generates extraordinary results, notable earnings and unifying outcomes. His diverse professional repertoire has included his positions as a Commercial Real Estate Broker and Developer, Co-Founder on the core developer team, and Co-Founder of Terraco Heavy Equipment Contracting Ltd (1992-2005), in Revelstoke BC, Canada.
Carl is now fully committed to a full time engagement in the global Renewable Energy Sector, and to Saving our Oceans and their precious inhabitants. He is thrilled to bring his passion and experience to AMA Foundation, and to forge alliances with many significant others, in our joint mission to do our best to SAVE THE PLANET.
